In this class you will learn: * What foods support your body in each different phase of your menstrual cycle. * Tips on how to naturally heal your gut, how to keep a healthy hormonal balance and how to keep a balanced yoni ph. * How each different phase of your cycle impacts your behavior/mood/energy and how to best navigate each phase. * How, as women, our bodies are naturally in harmony with the Earth. * Recommendation on what to intake regularly such as foods, supplements, vitamins, herbs etc and what to avoid intaking. * Most importantly… you will be initiated onto a journey of self discovery to get more in tune with your own cyclical needs and feminine nature!
